Instructions for Day 3:

1) Download and complete the worksheet.

2) Find a quiet place to listen to the Ascension Sound Healing. This time, consider your responses you just made to the worksheet. Allow those insights to be integrated into your being (don’t think too hard about this, just go with it!) Again, be sure to use headphones, ideally in a dark room where you won’t be disturbed for at least 30 minutes.

3) Jot down any final notes or reflections you have from your session.
